Shipping Policy

Mac & Seymor is committed to delivering your orders with high-quality packaging and within the estimated delivery timeframe.
We ship orders throughout the week, except Sundays and public holidays.

To ensure safe and timely delivery, we use reputed courier partners.
In locations where courier services are not available, orders will be shipped via India Post – Registered Parcel Service.

Delivery Timeline

Orders are usually dispatched within 48 hours of confirmation.
Most orders are delivered within 3 to 9 working days, depending on the delivery location.

Note:

Due to government regulations or operational constraints with courier partners, delivery may sometimes take an additional 5–7 working days beyond the standard delivery time.
