Returns & Exchange Policy

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Mac & Seymor, all products are thoroughly quality-checked and securely packed before dispatch.

Customers are requested to check the quality and condition of the product at the time of delivery itself.
This policy is applicable only for deliveries within Tamil Nadu.

 

If any product is found to be damaged during transit, the customer must either:

  • Return the complete quantity of the affected product to the delivery personnel at the time of delivery, or

  • Send the product back to us within 7 working days from the date of delivery.

The customer may opt to exchange the product with:

  • A new pack of the same product, or

  • Any other product of the same value.

For customers outside Tamil Nadu, refunds will be processed only as per our Refund Policy.

Once an order is placed, returns will not be accepted, except in cases mentioned above.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

Requests for order cancellation will be accepted only if the product has not yet been shipped by Mac & Seymor.
If the cancellation request is approved, the customer will be eligible for a full refund of the order amount.

If a cancellation request is received after the product has been shipped, the request will not be accepted.

Mac & Seymor reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order due to reasons including but not limited to:

  • Non-availability of stock

  • Pricing or listing errors

  • Incorrect or incomplete personal or payment details provided by the customer

What if the product is received in damaged condition?

If you receive a product that is damaged or if the package appears tampered with at the time of delivery, please do not accept the shipment and return it to the delivery personnel immediately.

If the damage is noticed after delivery, please inform us within 7 working days from the date of delivery by contacting us with your Order ID and clear proof of damage (photos or videos).

Once verified, Mac & Seymor will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost, provided the product is returned with its original tags, packaging, and invoice intact.

 

REFUND POLICY (IN CASE OF CANCELLATION OR RETURN)

In cases of exchange, replacement, or return due to valid quality issues, and upon submission of written proof by the customer, the following refund policies apply:

  • If the customer does not wish to avail a replacement, a voucher of equivalent value will be issued.
    This voucher must be used within the validity period mentioned on it.

  • In the event of order cancellation, the refund amount will be credited to the customer’s account via net banking, which may take 10–15 working days to reflect.

  • Delivery charges are non-refundable in all cases.

Note

Under no circumstances will a cash refund be issued.
